we found this Neoxeniades sp at Pimpilala, and could not identify it ; we would tend to think it is an undescribed species.
this male displays a rather specific set of androconias (see new facts page), that we also found on another unidentified Neoxeniades collected at Sardinayacu.
and, this Neoxeniades sp photographed by Shirley Sekarajasingham at rio Bigal could pretty well be the same species ; not knowing what the upperside looks like, we certainly cannot say it is the same species, but from what we see on the underside we certainly cannot say it is a different species either.
